What does my payment get me at your bazaar?

Vendor registration is single day and only for the bazaar date that has been selected. Unless stated otherwise, you will receive at least 10ft x10ft in space or the equivalent square footage marked clearly by colored tape lines. Your space includes a 6ft covered table and two chairs. We work hard to ensure that our bazaars are a fair and equal opportunity marketplace for all vendors.

How long have you been doing the bazaar?

We started in Hicksville in 2013 as Long Island’s first large scale Pre-Eid Bazaar now over a decade in operation and have hosted 100+ bazaars on Long Island, cultivating a unique marketplace serving as the premier destination for Eid shopping for the diverse Muslim community of NYC and Long Island. Always free admission, our bazaars attract the best vendors, the best customers, period.

What makes you different from other bazaars?

We give careful consideration to putting on a balanced bazaar that serves the community. We don’t just attract a crowd, we attract the serious shoppers looking for a one stop shop for their Eid and Ramadan needs with a sophisticated marketing campaign that has unparalleled reach across a variety of legacy and modern media platforms! We manage the distribution of foot traffic with a careful adherence to safety and even flow across the bazaar floor to truly create a fair marketplace for vendors and a comfortable experience for customers.

How big of a crowd do you get?

Our Long Island bazaars receive fantastic turnout from an engaged and eager shopping crowd that seeks quality goods and fair dealing. We employ several methods to accurately estimate crowd size and attendance and caution that there is some degree of variability. That said, we estimate that throughout the course of the day our bazaars see 500-1000 shoppers with fairly even flow distribution.

Why is your fee higher than some other bazaars?

We always consider prevailing economic conditions in setting our vendor fees. We can’t speak to other events but as the first and largest annual Pre-Eid Bazaar on Long Island with high vendor and customer satisfaction and low churn, we are confident in our approach.

We charge a very fair fee that is commensurate to our venue size and investment in marketing. We have had the same amazing marketing team for the last decade that has a proven track record of success in bringing value to our vendors.
